We decided to go visit and paint at Santa Ana Port. This is a historical place where the city started. Centuries ago the city had a fort in the area. Around 1868 a Brewery started. Now the the site was donated to the City as an historical area and is being recosntructed.
Andreas (my son) and I decide to tackle different subjects. I decide to work on the river view, he liked the architectural features of the area. He did really good, this was his first time painting in oils and in plein aire.
